Telehealth

We recognise that not everyone can make it into our offices! Therefore we offer both individual therapy and DBT Skills Group through telehealth. This includes telephone, Skype and other options.

Please note that our Telehealth DBT Skills Group runs on demand and therefore we are unable to provide anticipated start dates. Please give us a call to register your interest. Fees for our DBT Skills Group can be found on our "Full DBT" page.

Please note that we require payment on the day for telehealth appointments. Medicare rebates for telehealth are limited to specific locations and are limited to 7 sessions per calendar year, with a requirement that you must attend at least one appointment in person.
